We are licensed Class A contractors + HVAC and plumbing based in Washington DC and Fairfax, Virginia. We provide design, real estate, and architecture services in-house and under one roof. This allows us to manage remodeling projects efficiently and with a clear picture. Our focus is on quality and details, and we emphasize effective communication to achieve this goal.

OUR PROCESS

FREE ESTIMATE

On day one, A United Construction delivers a high level of personal service. We want to start our relationship with you and your home in the most professional and kind way, most comfortable to you! What are your ideas and vision for the project? Do you have special needs? We’d like to see any photos or sketches you’ve clipped. We’ll talk about timeframe and budget and take some rough measurements. We’ll be on the look-out for any foreseeable issues, like electrical, structural, plumbing or zoning concerns. Our home visit takes between 15 and 60 minutes, depending upon the complexity of the project. We’ll follow up within seven days with a a cost estimate.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Once our estimate is approved, we move to the design and pre-construction phase. Our team leaders will work with you to match your design and construction budget. You will learn about the phases we will work in, times we arrive, and how we protect your home during your project. As we prepare with you, our team leaders will be available via text message, phone calls, and email 24/7 to ensure you and your home feel well taken care of.

FINAL

Once our crew has completed construction, team leaders will conduct a walk-through with the client to ensure 100% satisfaction. We then turn our attention to thoroughly cleaning the project site by removing any remaining construction debris. After that, we sweep, dust, and mop to remove any traces of our work. Finally, we send you an evaluation form so you can grade our service from start to finish. We request your completely candid response as your feedback will shape our company as we move forward.
